2. Positions you have held

3. Where you would like to serve on the flight (what positions)?

If we do not receive your apps we do not know you are interested in working. Teams are being formed now and will be presented to the board for approval so get your forms in ASAP! Chrysalis *still* needs Youth!!! Youth who are willing to serve on the Chrysalis Board. Please contact me (270) 875-7275, or Susan McIntosh (270) 498-3141 for more information. (Both of us "text.")

Your first opportunity to serve will be during the Spring Men's' and Women's' Walks. Please remember to sign up to serve meals or to pray. Also you can attend Send Off, Sponsors' Hour, Candlelight and closing of both walks. The Men's' Walk is 4/15-4/18 and the Women's' Walk is 4/22-4/25. It's an amazing experience to be there waiting for the Pilgrims to come in during Candlelight and to watch their faces light up!
